Losco, Last Out Social Co.
Last Out Social Co. The best golf trip on the market, and the hardest invite to get.
Confidential01
What we're building

A golf travel and hospitality company that people can't stop watching.

LOSCO sets up trips to great courses and great places, with lodging, food, transport and access handled end to end. Thirty to forty guests. The goal is the most unique golf experience anyone on the trip has ever had.

What makes it different is how people find out about it. Every trip carries a cast of known personalities who love golf and love to gamble, playing for a bankroll on the course by day and live at the card table by night. The content makes people want to be there. The trip is what they buy.

Content to commerce. It's the thing this group knows better than anyone.

Confidential02
The market

Every golf tour operator sells the same courses and the same hotels. None of them can make you want it.

TodayCommodity itineraries

Pebble, Bandon, Scotland, Ireland. Same tee times, same lodges, same brochure. The operator competes on price and logistics.

TodayNo reason to pick one

Golf travel is bought on a friend's recommendation or a search result. No operator owns demand. No one has an audience.

LOSCODemand we create ourselves

A show people watch every week, a cast they follow, and one way to be in the room: book the trip. We don't buy demand. We make it.

Golf travel is a multi-billion-dollar category run like a booking desk. LOSCO runs it like a media company that happens to own the best trip in golf.

Confidential03
The experience

Everything handled. Nothing you could book yourself.

  • Lodging. Outstanding hotels or private estates. Included.
  • Food. A chef, long dinners, the kitchen open late. Included.
  • Transport. Door to door, seamless, nobody looks at a map.
  • Access. Courses you couldn't otherwise get on. The goal over time is full course buyouts, the whole place to ourselves.
  • The room. Guests travel, play, eat and spend the nights in the same venues as the cast. Watch the table from six feet away, or run your own game with the people you came with.

What a guest should say a month later: the most unique golf trip I've ever been on, and the hardest invite to get.

Confidential04
Anatomy of a trip

Four nights, start to finish.

Day 0Arrival

Door to door. Cast and guests meet at the house. Bankrolls issued on camera. The ledger opens.

Days 1 to 3The golf

Courses you can't otherwise get on. Cast matches live. Guests play the same course and run their own games.

Nights 1 to 3After dark

Acey Deucey, live. Dinner that runs long. Guests at their own tables and around the main one.

Night 4Settlement

Balances read. Highest balance wins the season. Everyone keeps what they won.

AfterRelease

Episodes and clips drop. Next destination announced. Member booking opens first.

Confidential05
The content engine

Eight to twelve people you already watch, playing for real money, on camera, all trip long.

  • Known personalities who love golf and are known for gambling, with an appetite to do it on camera. Some of the largest gambling creators and several notable names in golf are already committed.
  • Our own stars, developed along the way. Open seats for guests and members who earn them. Breakouts come back as cast.
  • Every player is bankrolled with the same starting balance. It rides the whole trip: golf wagers by day, cards by night.
  • Bust and buy back in. Run out and you're welcome to gamble your own money. Nobody sits out. Everyone keeps what they win.
Confidential06
How the game works

One bankroll. Four days. Largest balance wins.

01Every player starts even

Eight to twelve featured players are issued the same bankroll on camera the night they arrive. Funded by the partner, not the player.

04Acey Deucey by night

The main game, live. Fast hands, a pot that grows on its own, one card deciding it. Results post at settlement each night.

02The only money in play

The bankroll rides the entire trip. Golf by day, cards by night. Every dollar won or lost moves the ledger.

05Bust and buy back in

Run out and you're welcome to gamble your own money. Nobody sits out. Personal money is tracked on the ledger the same way.

03Golf by day

Nassaus, skins, presses, side action. Games set on the first tee, on camera. Results post after the round.

06Settlement

Last night, every balance is read. The largest balance wins the trip. Everyone keeps what they won.

Confidential07
The game

Acey Deucey. Not poker.

Poker is on television every night. Acey Deucey has never had a camera on it, and it is built for one.

  • Fast. Two cards up, call the third. A hand takes seconds. No one is waiting for a river.
  • The pot grows on its own. Hit the post and you match the pot. A $500 game is a $20,000 game in an hour.
  • Stress you can see. One card decides it, and everyone at the table knows what it costs if it's wrong.
  • Non-stop action. The same pace as the course all day. Nothing in the show ever slows down.
Confidential08
The ledger

One number per player. Here is how it moves in a day.

Day 2 for one player, Cal. Starting bankroll $25,000. Every entry posts to the ledger on screen.

Golf posts after the round, table action at the close of each night. Shared pots are tracked separately so balances always reconcile. Players on their own money are flagged. Night 4, every balance is read, largest wins, everyone keeps what they won.

Confidential09
Live first

Live golf gambling doesn't exist. We'll be the ones doing it.

As much of the trip as possible goes out live: the matches, the table, the settlements. VOD episodes and clips are cut from the live feed afterward. Poker streaming built a whole category on watching people wager. Golf has never had it.

  • Live. Golf matches and the nightly table, on the cast's channels and ours.
  • Episodes. Every trip is a season, cut from the live feed.
  • Clips. Endless. Every hole and every hand produces one.

Guests are never part of the production beyond being the room around the table.

Confidential10
Distribution at launch

We don't start from zero. The cast is the distribution.

Day oneThe cast's channels

Every featured player posts the trip to an audience that already follows them for exactly this. Eight to twelve substantial channels, one trip, one weekend.

Day oneThe founders

Notable founders with their own reach carry the first season while LOSCO's channels are built.

Season twoLOSCO's own channels

The destination. Live, episodes and clips on channels we own, with an audience we own, so the asset is ours and not rented.

The content-to-commerce playbook: audiences we can reach, a show worth watching, and one call to action. Get on the trip.

How guests buy in

A membership, and the trips it gets you into.

LOSCO membership · $2,000 a year
  • Priority booking on every trip
  • Member pricing on seats
  • Members-only trips as the calendar grows
  • The community between trips: the live watch, the games, the group
Per trip · from $7,500 a guest
  • Four nights, lodging, food, transport and course access included
  • Priced by destination; premium rises as access improves
  • Members book first and pay less; non-members take what's left
  • Thirty to forty guests per trip
Casino buyout · the whole room
  • A casino or gambling partner takes all or most guest seats
  • A hospitality reward for their best customers, an experience they can't get anywhere else
  • One more reason to gamble with that house
  • Zero acquisition cost for LOSCO

Year one pricing. The plan is premium pricing from year two as course access and the audience grow. Eventually, trips are members only.

Confidential12
The gambling partner

One partner funds the bankrolls, takes the title, and fills the room.

A substantial gambling partner is the plan for year one. Their money is the starting balance in every player's hand. Their name is on the ledger in every segment, on the table every night, and on the show. And their best customers are the guests.

The bankroll scales with the partner. Bigger partner, bigger stakes, bigger show.

Confidential13
The cast deal

Free trip. Someone else's bankroll. Keep what you win.

  • The baseline deal. The trip is covered, the bankroll is provided, and the player keeps every dollar they win. For people who love this anyway, that is the offer.
  • Appearance fees where needed. Some regulars and stars will require them. We look first for the ones who don't.
  • A roster, not a fixed cast. Eight to twelve per trip drawn from a larger group. Regulars return, seats rotate, new people earn their way in.
  • The brand stays ours. No cast equity. LOSCO outlives any lineup.
Confidential14
How it makes money

Four lines, one flywheel.

01Trips and membership

Thirty to forty seats a trip at a premium, plus an annual membership base that books first. The core hospitality business.

02Gambling partner

Title position, bankrolls, the ledger, the room. The largest single check and the one that makes the show possible at scale.

03Brand partners and content

Spirits, apparel, equipment, travel in the house and on the course. Platform revenue where eligible. Licensing later.

04Casino buyouts

Whole-trip purchases by casinos for their high rollers. Full price, no acquisition cost, and a show built around their customers.

The content fills the trips. The trips make the content. The partner pays for the stakes. Every turn makes the next trip easier to sell and more expensive to buy.

What year one is for

Top-level content and strong distribution. Prove the show, the cast and that watching converts to booking. That earns year two: better course access, buyouts, and premium pricing on every seat.

Without the partner, year one runs at a loss and the bankrolls shrink to $25K self-funded. The partner is the difference between a pilot and a business.

Working estimates, not forecasts. Partner value, view counts and trip cost per head are the swing variables. AdSense shown where eligible.

What year two buys

  • Better courses. A proven season opens doors. Buyouts where we can get them.
  • Premium seats. $10,000 minimum, by destination, with members booking first.
  • Twice the calendar. Eight trips, two a quarter, on the way to one a month.
  • Our own channels. Live, episodes and clips on channels LOSCO owns, with the audience to match.

Working estimates, not forecasts. Year two assumes the partner renews at a higher value on a proven season.
